An BAPC photography exhibition
January 16 – February 20, 2021
BAPC’s exhibition Magnetic Pull opens at Arc Gallery & Studios in San Francisco on January 16. Everyone is invited to our online opening reception that evening at 7PM. Our curators Daniel Nevers, Executive Director of the Berkeley Art Center, and Jennifer Brandon, artist and teacher, Mills College, will introduce the ideas behind their curation and we’ll take you on a walkthrough of the gallery. You may visit the gallery in person, and/or register for our online events (opening reception and artist's talks). Visit the BAPC website to register and for more info!

Arc Gallery & Studios is dedicated to showcasing and promoting emerging and established artists from around the country whose work embodies both skill and risk-taking. Juried and curated group exhibitions are our primary means of showcasing and discovering artists and to promote high standards of art by continuously exploring new ideas through the visual media in a schedule of national exhibitions. We are delighted that many artists who have submitted works to our juried shows have been given additional exhibition opportunities at Arc and other venues. Visit the website.
Arc Gallery & Studios features a 1,000 sq. ft. art gallery, a smaller project gallery, a fine art consulting office & gallery, an art education center, and ten quality artist studios, along with the Kearny Street Workshop office, the San Francisco Artist Network office, and VEGA Coffee Shop. Arc is located at 1246 Folsom Street, between 8th & 9th streets in San Francisco's SOMA neighborhood. (3 blocks from the Civic Center BART station on Market Street)
Arc supports the making of quality art in all media, provides a nurturing environment for artists to create their work, builds a community of artists to encourage exploration of art, provides resources for the professional development of visual artists, and promotes appreciation of the visual arts in the city of San Francisco.
