haunted

Haunted is the first part of my Photo Essay on Bodie, California. Looking through the windows of the few still-standing homes, I wondered about their prior inhabitants. It felt as if their disembodied spirits were hiding  in the wallpapers, the old furniture and the various objects left behind in a hurry. The inversion technique and the prints on aluminum give great emphasize to the eeriness of the place.
